Racetrack Motorsport - Terms & Conditions for Supporters and Sponsors

At Racetrack Motorsport, we’re a small race team, powered by the love, support, and generosity of friends, family, and kind-hearted sponsors. We are forever grateful to those who help us keep our dream alive, whether through financial sponsorships or donations of motorsport-related items. It’s because of your contributions that we can continue to race, and we do our very best to show our appreciation in return—whether through motorsport-related means, passenger rides, or other small gestures.

However, as a tiny outfit, we want to be upfront about the fact that our ability to reciprocate is limited. While we value every single supporter, reciprocity can only stretch so far. It’s important for those who support us, especially those from afar who may not know us as closely, to understand the following terms and conditions, which help us continue our passion in the most sustainable and transparent way possible.

1. Non-Refundable Sponsorships

If you decide to support Racetrack Motorsport financially, your donation will be considered a sponsorship and is strictly non-refundable. We deeply appreciate every contribution, but once made, the funds cannot be returned.

2. Motorsport-Related Use of Funds

All funds or donations of items will be exclusively used for motorsport-related purposes. We take this seriously and maintain a record of all expenses and receipts to ensure complete transparency. If ever questioned, we can demonstrate that your contributions are used solely for the team’s racing activities.

3. No Control Over Fund Allocation

While we are incredibly thankful for your generosity, please understand that sponsors or donors cannot dictate how their funds or donated items are spent. We operate on a tight budget and allocate resources based on the team’s most pressing needs. Supporters may not specify or enforce how funds should be used.

4. No Obligation for Future Sponsorships

We greatly appreciate any sponsorship or donation we receive, but donating to Racetrack Motorsport does not create an obligation for us to sponsor or support an alternate cause you may be involved with in the future. We are unable to offer reciprocal sponsorship for other causes, even if we have been fortunate to receive your support.

5. Limitation of Liability

Racetrack Motorsport will not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, related to sponsorship or donations. By supporting the team, you agree that your contributions are voluntary and free from any implied or explicit expectations beyond the terms laid out here. We take great care to manage resources responsibly, but unforeseen circumstances, such as accidents, equipment failures, or race cancellations, are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for such occurrences.

6. No Guaranteed Return

Although we strive to acknowledge and show appreciation for all our supporters, the size of our team means we cannot guarantee any specific form of return or promotion in exchange for your sponsorship. We may offer passenger rides or other experiences as a gesture of thanks, but these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
