Terms and Conditions of Participation
Participant Indemnification Agreement
By participating in the Event, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Racetrack Motorsport and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners (collectively, "the Released Parties") from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Event, whether or not caused by your negligence.
Health, Fitness, and Compliance Declaration
You declare that you are in good physical condition and have no medical impairment that might prevent your participation in the Event. Your participation is a testament to your belief that you are sufficiently fit and properly trained to engage in such activities. Participation is at your own risk, and you are urged to seek a doctor's advice if uncertain.
You commit to complying with all the rules and regulations set forth by Racetrack Motorsport for the Event, as well as following the directives of event officials. Non-compliance may result in your disqualification from the Event and potential exclusion from future events organized by Racetrack Motorsport.
Consent to Media Use
You grant Racetrack Motorsport the right to use your image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium or context without further authorization or compensation.
You acknowledge that in the event of damage to any racecar you drive during the Event, whether owned by Racetrack Motorsport, yourself, or a third party, you will be responsible for the costs of repair or replacement. You understand that your participation could lead to financial liability should any damage occur.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the state and federal courts located in [Jurisdiction.
